Billing and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Payment methods

Local and international cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bank transfer is available for the annual Business plan only.

Monthly or yearly. Paying yearly applies a 35% discount. Payment is taken at the start of each period.

Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no reason needed. Contact info@neocard.az. Money returns within 5–10 working days.

Cancelling a yearly plan mid-term refunds the unused whole months. The current month on a monthly plan is not refunded.

If a card is declined we retry on day 0, 3 and 7. If it still fails the account moves to the Starter plan — content is never deleted.

Extra message packs are non-refundable but never expire — the balance carries into the next month.

A PDF receipt with tax details is emailed automatically after each payment. All receipts are kept under Subscription in the panel.
