Getting started

How do I create my page?

Confirm your number, paste your Instagram or TikTok link — AI builds the page in 30 seconds. Then you change whatever you dislike.

What if I have no Instagram?

Choose “Start from scratch”. The AI asks a few questions and builds the page from your answers.

Can I change my address later?

Yes. The old address forwards to the new one for 30 days so printed QR codes keep working.

AI seller

What does the AI know?

Only what you put in its knowledge base: catalogue, opening hours, FAQ. It does not invent answers — it says it will check and come back.

What if my messages run out?

Your page keeps working, only the chat goes quiet. You can buy an extra pack: 500 messages / 8 ₼.

What if the AI answers wrongly?

Open the conversation under “AI seller” and add the missing detail to the knowledge base.

Billing and plans

What if I stop paying?

Your page drops to the Starter plan. The content stays, only paid features switch off.

Do you offer refunds?

Full refund within the first 14 days, no reason needed. After that unused whole months are calculated.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, a PDF receipt with tax details is emailed after every payment.

Technical

How do I connect my own domain?

Add a CNAME at your domain provider: @ → cname.neocard.az. SSL is issued automatically and takes 1–24 hours.

What size should I print the QR?

5–10 cm is enough for a table. Glossy lamination hurts scanning — choose matte paper.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Settings → Account: download your page content and customer list as a ZIP.
