Terms of use

These terms govern the use of neocard.az and the NeoCard service. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

NeoCard is a micro-page (link-in-bio) builder for businesses and individuals. Available functionality depends on the plan you choose.

2. Your account

One phone number belongs to one account. You are responsible for your account security. Sharing your sign-in code with anyone else is not permitted.

3. Content

You are fully responsible for the content you publish. Unlawful or misleading content, content infringing third-party rights, and offering licensed activities without a licence are prohibited.

4. Prohibited use

Gambling, unlicensed financial services, counterfeit goods, brand impersonation, sale of prescription medicine, mass spam. Pages breaking these rules may be blocked without notice.

5. AI features

Text and replies produced by AI are advisory. Checking their accuracy before publishing is your responsibility.

6. Suspension

Accounts breaking these rules may be suspended or closed. Refunds for a paid but unused period follow the Billing and refunds document.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. NeoCard is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or consequences of policy changes at third-party platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp and others).

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. We give at least 14 days notice by email for material changes.
